Before contacting us, we invite you to visit the Help Center. We created this feature in our website for you so you are able to find the answers to your questions quickly with our easy-to-navigate platform. You will save a lot of time!

How does the Help Center work?

Once in the Help Center, type the keyword related to your question in the search bar. You will then find a number of articles related to the subject. All you have to do is click on the article that best fits your query :)

If you can't find the answer to your question or if the article doesn't seem to be clear enough, you can send us a message by clicking on “Send us a request” which can be found at the end of the article.

Your request will then be sent to our Customer Service. Our team is always available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is committed to responding to you within a maximum of twelve hours.

We appreciate you being very precise in your requests to ensure that we answer your question the best way we can.

Can I contact you by phone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reach us by phone.

As we choose to handle your requests only by email, we are committed to providing you with quality customer service and we do our best to process your requests as soon as possible.

By making your search through the Help Center, you can find a lot of information that will most of the time answer your questions that you will no longer need to contact us afterwards :)

The link at the end of the article, however, allows you to contact us and ask your question directly in case you have not found your answer from the Help Center.

Your feedback, which we take into consideration, allows the site to evolve each day and allow us to further improve our Help Center articles to be able to answer your questions better.

How do I contact you in case of emergencies?

As mentioned earlier, it is still not possible to reach us by phone.

However, you can use our Emergeny Center. Requests sent here are processed immediately and if necessary, we could call you back.

Important: for an request to be considered an emergency and treated as such, it is imperative that it concerns a rental that started either yesterday or today.

If your emergency does not meet this condition, you will be redirected to our contact form. Your request will thus be processed by the Customer Service as soon as possible like other requests.
