While Toronto isn’t the Canadian capital, it’s most certainly the most populous and diverse city in Canada. Toronto has many universities sprawled throughout the city, making it a hub for students. Ensure that at one point during your stay in Toronto, that you visit the iconic CN Tower. This structure stands at 533.33m high, and offers a revolving restaurant, a glass floor attraction, and stunning 360 degree panoramic views. Some other popular tourist attractions in Toronto include Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, Canada’s wonderland, the Ontario Science Centre, and the Hockey Hall of Fame. As previously mentioned, Toronto is a pretty diverse city, which means that there are many different neighbourhoods which became ethnic enclaves to many different cultures.

If you visit “Old Toronto” there are many different neighbourhoods which focus on different cultures from around the world, such as Chinatown, Corktown, Greektown, Little Italy, Portugal Village and Little India. With such cultural diversity in the city, you can experience tastes from around the world, without even leaving the city!
