Room for rent in shared accommodation
I have two cats, I am a non-smoker and so is the house. I work, I like calm. I am looking for a roommate who has already lived in a shared apartment. The house is bright because it is high up on the hillsides. There is a third small extra room, an open kitchen (photo), a dining room / living room (photo).
The house is 100 m2 and the spaces can easily be shared by two people. The insert in winter can help avoid high electricity bills. The accommodation is furnished and the lease is signed with an agency. The room will be available on June 1st (negotiable before).
