L’appartement est bien situé au 10eme étage avec une terrasse, très proche de l’Arche/ l’Esplanade et proche des bureaux. En arrivant la chambre était nettoyé mais pas l’espace dédié dans la cuisine/frigo/salle de bain. Au total l’appartement est sale (portes/interrupteur/tiroirs/murs) et aussi le plan de travail de la cuisine utilisé chaque jour. Un colocataire insiste également d’exposer constamment ses vêtements sale (pantalons/chaussettes) dans le couloir au lieu dans sa chambre. Le règlement d’intérieur de la location inscrit ici sur l’annonce n’était pas respecté par les deux colocataires au niveau du bruit, en faisant des soirées animé avec des invités DANS la semaine jusqu’à 3h dans la nuit plusieurs nuits chaque semaine. Les demandes d’avoir le calme nocturne dans la semaine étaient ignorés par les colocataires. Les demandes auprès la propriétaire n’ont pas était résolu (bruit/pomme de douche). De plus il y avait un double booking de la chambre pour les dernières semaines et mon départ précipité. Dans l’ensemble l’appartement a du potentiel et peut mémé être loué plus cher si mieux managé.
