The house is located in a farmhouse on which the owners live. The ground floor of the house is occupied by a tenant in independent accommodation. The place is peaceful in the countryside and the owners are no longer in business. It is located 15 minutes from Moissac and 30 minutes from Montauban. I have two cats, I am a non-smoker and so is the house. I work, I like calm. I am looking for a roommate who has already lived in a shared apartment.
